The seven gates known as the eyes, ears, nose, mouth & throat are revered as thresholds through which we receive the world and through which life moves through us. These gateways link us directly to Prana, the nervous system, and the mind.
When tended to with intentional care, these gates soften, becoming clear, receptive, and protected. When overwhelmed, they reflect what so many of us carry : depletion, overstimulation, and disconnection from our own rhythm.
