Ayurveda and Yoga are two faces of the same coin. Ayurveda translates to ‘the science of life’ and is concerned with Self-healing. Yoga translates to ‘union’ in Sanskrit and is the science of self actualization. Together these two create one complete healing system.

These sciences go hand in hand to aid and enhance the quality of life for all mankind. The timeless wisdom found in Yoga & Ayurveda activates the individual’s innate wisdom and ability to heal one Self.

The importance of these two sciences being practiced by and as a Yoga Teacher is derived from the idea that Yoga Teachers serve as lighthouses for their students, peers, loved ones and friends, to tune into their own inner guide. The illumination that you as a teacher shine, can be inspiring by not only supporting the awakening of one’s own inner light but helping your students to remember their true nature as spirit. The forgetting of this is viewed as the primordial cause of ALL diseases in Ayurvedic Medicine.

As an E-RYT and YACEP, I have made this course 10 CEUS with Yoga Alliance for RYTs.

Over the course of 6 weeks, you will immerse yourself in the study of Ayurveda and Yoga. Your program begins with an 1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation with me. Next, you initiate your personal journey by creating a Sadhana, a sacred practice, through Dinacharya, Ayurvedic Self-Care Rituals. As you go through your own journey with Ayurveda and applying these practices to your life, you will also gain the ability to share these tools with your students and clients.

Your course will cover foundational building blocks of Ayurveda, Breaking Down The Language of Ayurveda, Yogic Alchemy, Ayurvedic Asana, and Ways to Use & Implement 5 sense Therapy in your Practice.

As a Panchakarma Technician

I offer LMTs and Bodyworkers the oppurtunity to shadow and work with me. Your education with me will not award you any CEUs but all amazing techniques you learn with me, you can implement in your practice.
